A juicy flavor up front with a slight bitter finish. A nice unexpected (at least to me) collab between Dogfish and Trillium while watching the Devils.

Liquid Confidence / Confidential Delmonico
4.35. I actually got some green pepper heat up front without too much of a kick. Not overly sweet... weird because a lot of the reviews have this as sweet which I am def not tasting. UPDATE: this is a VERY easy drinking beer. Dangerous at 12%.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) Delmonico
First trip to the cellar since ive been back. Forgot i even had this one. Maple and molasses aroma. Surprisingly little bourbon notes, but enough to let you know its there. Sweet and rich. Alcohol definitely mellowed over the year or two. Very good.
