Ølkalender 20. december: Ok, den her er godt nok vild! En dobbeltbock med kirsebær, lyserødt skum, fylde og en smag der ikke tager alt for meget over. Den er derfor ret afbalanceret og til tider ganske læskende på trods af de vilde 9%. Fedt!

rarely does not-sour style fruit beer make me smile, but this one. awesome flavor cherries first, then the dobbelbock, tastes as good as it looks, and it looks fantastic with the deep red color and pink creamy head.

Very drinkable, interesting, and well made out-of-the-box Doppelbock brewed with cherries. Taste in in the hinterland of a bock and a kriek and a Vlaams Rood. This one really made a memory!

Not sure why this gets such low ratings - it’s complex and tasty! The flavour reminds me of a cake my mum used to make (Donauwelle) which has cherries, crème patisserie, and chocolate. All those flavours were there, and nicely integrated. #4 on the paddle

Flot farve og fin doublebock. Dog synes jeg lige så godt man kan gå all-in på frugtighed og syrlighed, når først man er begyndt at proppe kirsebær i sin øl.
