Fruit really pops the funk from the go, lemon sweetness, leaves, mineral, late, mellowed out barn yard aromas, mbroad body, so balanced fruit/funk flavours with cereal and green apple.

Super tart and acidic. Grassy characters and tart, green apple. Funk is really well judged so it’s not too barnyardee….

Dewey lemon/lime/yuzu (or something similar!) on the nose; taste is tart pithy citrus (lemon/lime/grapefruit) flesh, a lovely lactic acidity, slight chalk & aromatic lime zest; then soft brett, tart lactic acidity, a pinch of green herbs & sharp citrus.

Interesting-sort of pickled lemon, woody, lemon rind and grapefruit juice. Slight bitterness but also lip lickingly sour and dry. Citrussy but not quite! I like.

Beau rendu citronné. Hyper agréable. Bien acide mais comme on aime. Délice.
