That classic Spontan pseudo-gueuze base, but the acai really seems to have amped the sourness to teeth-attacking levels. Rich berry character - although it seems to be bringing flavours somewhere in the region of raspberry or cherry. Oaky finish.

Tart as hell with some dried red berries and low sugary notes. Wild funk is here. Not bad.
