Man, rhis is so unusual. I think I need a bit more to get use to its taste.

Did not like this at all at first but the flavour genuinely developed at became quite dessert-y.

Apparently I’ve had this before! Agree with my previous view that it’s a little bit vinegary, sour-wise, but I think I’m preferring it this time. Finding it refreshing.

Earlier. Dunno who Rick is, but this was a very decent traditional lambic with slight banana(?) notes

I feel as if 2/3 of a lambic is a bit much, especially when you’re in a hurry, but that was the serving suggestion at the bar so here we are.

Nose hair curling aroma, smooth tangy flavour, lingering aftertaste. A good limbic.

Autentyczny dzikus, jednak z dość dominującą podbudowa słodowa

Nose is tart and leather tannins. Very traditional lambic dryness. Crisp with some vinous White grape notes. Almost a Faro style. Classic and smooth. A touch of cider vinegar with a rangy, oaky finish. Smooth

Tart, herbal, citrus, it's the real Lambic deal.
