Autentyczny dzikus, jednak z dość dominującą podbudowa słodowa

Loads going on. Funk, layers of fruit with (strawberry?) at the end, genuinely good lambic.

Nose is tart and leather tannins. Very traditional lambic dryness. Crisp with some vinous White grape notes. Almost a Faro style. Classic and smooth. A touch of cider vinegar with a rangy, oaky finish. Smooth

Apparently I’ve had this before! Agree with my previous view that it’s a little bit vinegary, sour-wise, but I think I’m preferring it this time. Finding it refreshing.

Not a sour drinker... But this... This is good

Tart, herbal, citrus, it's the real Lambic deal.

The initial taste is quite standard but the after taste with lemon and lime is excellent 👌

Very sour, like toxic waste. But loved every sip. Some herbal notes added to it nicely.

Sweet and tart, not what I was expecting because I didn’t read properly, nice tho

Did not like this at all at first but the flavour genuinely developed at became quite dessert-y.

Spot on. Takes a few sips to get into it but really great once you’re in

Astly serving the funk. Really spritzy with a spicy finish.

Man this was heavy on the funk - big acidity and farmyard funk with a bit of sherbet on the front end

Pretty rich, tart and complex sour with funk, wood and some sweetness

Earlier. Dunno who Rick is, but this was a very decent traditional lambic with slight banana(?) notes
