That's a special one. Beautiful pitch black color, lighter foam. Some acetic smell, even a bit of lemon. Some of that herbal feeling. Cacao. Some leathery black cherries in the background. Thin and astringent af. Intense tho. Let it breath, let it age.

Kirsebærpai! Kirsebær, mandel, eik, vanilje, bjørnebær, solbær, rødvin, og litt eple. Kanskje noen hinter av sitron og eddik.

Wow, niet wat je verwacht van een kriek. Lekker vol mondgevoel, wijn achtige afdronk. Mooie barrel smaak, volle kriek smaak. Heel klein zuurtje op de achtergrond.

Œil : rouge vif, col moyen. Nez : cerises puissantes, douceur. Bouche : grosse puissances, cerises, fruité, léger amandes, douceur, acidité légère. Manque un peu de peps par rapport à la 2020

Отличная кислая вишня, много кислой вишни, косточка и немного древесной горчинки на послевкусии. И не в хлам кислое.
