Happy Freedom Day beer to me. Cellared for 2 years. Still got it’s funky lactic body, although maybe softer now and the plumbs shine through.

Missä luumu? Ihan kiva suutuntuma, mutta maku vähän vetinen. Ydin puuttuu. Ja se luumu. Pienoinen pettymys, mutta ihan kiva aamumehu.

Distinkt duft at banegårdtoilet som det skal være. Smagen levere også. Lækker øl.

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : fruité, prunes/fruits noirs, puissant. Bouche : acidité bien équilibré, douceur, notes de fruits noirs. Sèche sur la fin avec un retour sur les fruits.

This would knock the spikes off a hedgehog 🦔 very sour and tart with a slap 👋🏻 of plum. Lovely ☺️

Yay, Mikkeller, yay, spontan. Meh! Maybe I was expecting too much. It does have legs, it is almost sour and it does taste of plums.

Plum is sweet in the initial flavour but the sour heads towards a vinegary flavour. It’s okay but not great.

S: sharp acid, bit like "Federweißer" from plums, no gose/Berliner Weiße though. Bit vinegary. T: like a sparkling juice with fruity vinegar, but a very full fruit

Funky tart plum lambic with some floral and citrus/stonefruit notes. Nice sour/dry finish.
