Au nez on sent déjà énormément les fruits de la passion. La texture est épaisse, cela renforce l'impression "jus de fruits". En bouche, c'est encore le fruit de la passion qui domine, il y a une petite acidité et une touche saline pour nous rappeler...

Beste alcohol vrije bier wat ik ooit heb gedronken. Amper te merken, het ultra lage abv. Boordevol fruit. Passievruchten. Prettig fris zuurtje ook. Heerlijk van smaak.

Like, not bad… but it’s also straight passionfruit purée, and it is SO acidic. Burns on the way down. Could be used salad dressing (actually that’s a damn good idea!)
