Tangy, salted passionfruit pulp to the max, as puckering citrus sourness and salinity refreshes and whets the appetite for the next sip. Delicious backup notes of mango to this tropical, summery delight, and a subtle air of overripe funk to the finish.

This worked surprisingly well as a non-alcohol version and seems pretty drinkable as a 4.6% version too. Light, but nicely sour and well fruited with passion fruit.
