Un bon gros stout après une journée à bosser dehors dans le froid et sous la pluie, ça fait du bien ! Les arômes sont assez originaux, café, cerise, chocolat, amande, épices. Assez fort et astringent. Ça réchauffe. Un poil trop pastry à mon goût.

Vraiment chouette. Au nez j’ai la cerise mais pas trop en bouche, c’est très café. Elle porte bien son nom ….

Coffee and maple cyrup pancakes on the nose. The taste is more sharp, fresh grounded Coffee and dark chockolate. A bit too sharp?
