Een stuk meer acidic dan de vorige. Zou er blind geen wortel uithalen, maar proef het wel een beetje.

Behoorlijk acidic, maar dat vind ik juist lekker. Wortel haal ik er niet echt uit, maar erg goed verder!

På bagkant. Den er under de andre i serien. Gulerod fungere altså ikke helt. Guleroden også også kostet på pis duft og smag.

A lot sweeter than I expected and for a sour weighing in at 7.7% it is very well balanced. Taking the best parts of carrot juice and replacing the rest with a powerful lambic sourness.

Sur gulerodsøl. Fungerer egentlig rigtig godt. Meget diskret jordet smag som komplimenterer det sure rigtig godt.

Spontan 2/10. Off the bat it smells sweeter. Still brett-y but balanced with some earthy sweetness. Kinda like some fancy tropical carrot juice mix from some fancy LA juicery.

375ml BC. Brewed at de Proefbrouwerij. Excellent oak aged earthy wild ale with great sweetish carrot flavours balancing the decent funk and lingering acidity. One of my five a day! OST - ‘Step On’ by Happy Mondays.
