Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017-2018) B
BL. Not all that acidic nor funky. Still, well balanced body with floral and slightly vinous notes.

Nice leathery notes underneath solidly acidic, yet light body. Very decent lambic with delicate fruity flavours - 4.3+

Very smooth, somewhat sweet one. Hoppiness is present as well, with some bitterness at that. Tons of tropical fruits in there - lychee, peaches, guava and more. Could be used as an example for a dank profile.

Truely acidic, raspberry-like, really - and I mean it - full of funky notes. Classic.

Nice, rich but overall not that high bitterness. Citrusy, grapefruity... hazy, very juicy, extremely drinkable.

Juicy, fruity, extremely tarty... most of all so very leathery and wild. Somewhat of a red grapefruit notes.
