Brown clear Belgian strong ale. Boozy yeasty sweet scent. Boozy strong nose with a general malty tone. In the body the belgian yeasty funk is noticable. Dark and yeasty mix, with a choco malty node present. Rich. Finishes long with christmas spices mix

Super balanced...like there is a counterpoint to every aspect to this beer. It’s everything, but also nothing at the same time. I suppose it doesn’t drink as big as it is, but that’s just how even it is...or maybe I just need sleep.
