Trodde jeg bestilte spontantriplecherry og falt av stolen over fargen. Hadde forventet rosafarge. Sjekket igjen og det var Konatsu, så isteden får jeg en klassisk Lambik. Sur, tørr og funky. Love it.

MØRK sjokolade, italienskbrent kaffe på duft. Her er det mye smak!! Med nesten 18% blir det i overkant. Det søtlige tar overhånd med whiskey, svisker, sjokolade. En heftig øl dom er vanskelig å rate.

This is nice in a brutish way: lots of barrel and bitter roasty malts on the nose, and the palate follows. Properly bitter malts until the finish, which gets a bit chocolatey and slightly softer. Nice.

Sursøte kirsebær. En skikkelig Kriek. Fermenterte kirsebær i retning av en kirsebærvin, men mye friskere og syrligere. Noe vanilje og kanel avslutter ballet.

imperial stout is almost always a hit! this particular brew is a flavour profile that’s deep, smooth, and very creamy. strong stout with good amount of toffee and chocolate notes! so yums that i went for 2 pints ha $24 for a pint, no gst service charge!

A really pretty dark pink pour, with dark fruits aroma and dark fruits sour. Really love the sour, tart and dry tasting but don’t expect much of flavours. Thanks Mikkeller for the free beer after the run too. 👍🏼

Night cap, gao but not so gao kinda impy, was a nice cherry on the cake to end of the night! Felt like a espresso martini with the 10.1% abv creeping slowing until it hits. Still pretty enjoyable!
