India Pale Lager? No such thing... a collection of words which would only make sense to someone in marketing, which isn't surprising as I appalled myself by finding this on the shelves of Sainsbury's. Fruity, hopped, darker than lager but paler than IPA.

Gorgeous aromatic nose of sweet orange, grapefruit & floral malts. Nice smooth body, much more malty than expected and quite weighty. Nice crisp bitter bite and soft lemon notes before a soft but bitter, dry finish. 16.5-17+/20.

Gara Guzu’nun Ters Köşe’sinin piyasadan yokoluşunun ardından türünün (bildiğim kadarı) ile son örneği bir IPL (Indian Pale Lager). Ale’ler ver Lager’lar Biranın iki ana branşıdır ve özetlemem gerekirse IPA’nın çok daha sonra çıkmış Lager karşılığı IPL 🍻

Followed up with the hazy bodied American Dream India pale lager with twists of tropical fruit running throughout - delicious 😋

Fruity aroma on the nose with a smooth, floral, hoppy taste. Not too bad tbh.

A really good beer with really good branding. This was also very tasty all around; just a very good beer.

Biscuity malts with a bitterness that lasts through a long finish leaving a dry mouthfeel.

The definition of a beer. It smells beery. You get a burst of hops at the back of the throat and a lingering maltiness but little else.

Could have pints and pints of this and be very happy. Very, very good. Sainsburys have a decent beer on offer!!! 👏👏👏

Not too exciting but quite sessionable. Bet it would be decent fresh on tap
