Green Gold

IPA - American

Green gold - one of the oldest Mikkeller recipes, Green Gold is our take on the classic West Coast IPA, back from when they were just called IPAs. This means a well pronounced hop character, a distinguished malty back bone, and a noticeable bitter finish. The beer pour slightly amberish green, and sticking your nose into the glass should remind you of how IPAs used to smell before everything became, well, hazy.

Cuerpo y densidad. 👍

Kräftig, malzig, hopfig. Erstaunlich bitter dabei. Dürfte für mich aber fruchtiger sein.

An IPA with some of the characteristics of a nice bitter. Caramel malt that gives it a biscuity flavour without being particularly sweet. Very good.

One crowler survived last night, we owe it to the gods of freshness to take care of it today. Malty but with peach, plum, a little citrus, a little pine. Starts sweet, smooth and has a bit of dryness in the finish
