Wow - the smell after opening (acetone?) brought back memories of getting a case of 2016 & ‘needing’ to consume it before we moved to Prague… raw hop schnapps. Good/oily… but better if you leave it to figure things out on its own…

First time trying it fresh and it doesn't feel as raw hoppy as I expected. Lots of hop oils and herbal character and surprisingly quite oxidized. Old one is definitely more balanced, more towards the hoppy barley wine

Borůvkový kyseláč - kyselý je pěkně, borůvky je potřeba nechat trochu ohřát. Jenže z toho citim ve vůni i v chuti tóny zkvašení - a to se mi moc nelíbí. Ale zas aspoň to není tuctový kyseláč, kterých je všude plno 😸.
