Sehr trocken, kaum Restsüße. Leichte Zitrusnote und weißweinartige Säure. Hefegeschmack wie ein Champagner. Schmeckt schon besonders.

Wunderbare Hefenoten, etwas Brett. Trotz des deutlich Fasseinfluss sehr trinkig. Hätte bestimmt noch länger lagern können.
