Lecker. Riecht muffig, schmeckt sehr leicht, trotz der 9%. Schön trocken und sprudelig, leichte Zitrusnote 🍋🍾

LCI. Assez particulier, pas forcément habituel. Un côté champagne ou pétillant qui laisse tout de suite place à quelquechose de plus lourd, on sent la barrique. Du mal à me positionner sur cette bière.

extremely interesting, you can taste the chardonnay in this dry, bitter, and slightly carbonated drink, not worth the nearly 15 euros though

Similar to a lambic, but with high carbonation, more malty and with less wild character.

Leaves something to be desired. Overpoweringly hoppy and yeasty in flavour, this bière brut was not what I expected. The carbonation does look grand though, especially out of a champaign flute!
