Aroma says hello 👍 Lovely Belgian lambic style, plums and grapes. Alcohol well hidden in the dry, white wine flavor. Citrusy.

開栓したときのブドウの様な香りが最高！冷たい内は酸味があるが、温度が上がってくると酸味とブドウの香りが消えて、モルト？の甘いビールになっちゃう。冷たい内に飲むのがおすすめ。

N: lots of Chardonnay (or is there some Nelson grapes too?), oaky sweet vanilla & spice, gentle booze, tartness is in the background. M: sweet grapes, musty, much gentle bitterness, not that dry. Completely underrated imo, so +0,25.

Som man ser, er karboneringen høj og champagnet. Duften er tør, vild, belgisk, krydret. Smagen er det samme med et tydeligt strejf af chardonnay-fadet. God balance!

Yeasty and bit unpleasant … maybe I should’ve waited until 12/11/25 as the laser print suggested. Barrel impact is heavy.

Decent, does what it has to as a "biere de champagne", but there's also many other examples, in Belgium but also in Italy, better than this. Has the right feel but seems old. A gift from Mik though, so it's good, lol. 3.3

Vildgæret og fadlagret + hygget sig i flasken. Super sprød og meget lækker!

Das harzig herbe Mundgefühl ist dominierend. Besonders trocken ist das Bier nicht.
