Кисло типа моченые яблоки или молодой сидр, ну без вау фактора , чисто шансончик , бутылку не взбалтывал , карбо было , с нагреванием раскрывается в более округлый профиль , если бы пил на праздник , разочаровался , а так на вкус и аромат , wild frontier

The Nelson Sauvin here gives a vibe reminiscent of a grape lambic, albeit sharper and funkier. Mikkeller always do a good hopped lambic, this is definitely continuing their fine record there.

A nice saison. Very dry. Not as sour as most wild ales, but very clean and natural taste.
