The description nails it. Spicy saison meets lactic sour with a mildly bitter finish. It’s really quite complex and beautiful.

This is awesome and I’m totally new to this style! Saison/Sour and reminds me of Cider.

Cellar bottle from 2015. Delectable funk, mild spice, really solid all around. Aging opened up the flavors.

Bottle from 2014(!) BBF 2018. Green apples and wet hay. Aged remarkably good.

Tasting 5th November 2013 - murky/fuzzy yellow golden pour with an off-white head. Citrus taste and aroma, doughy yeasts, sweet malts, wood, staw, slight mandarin, and some lemon, and barnyard/orchard character.
