I'm always down for a hoppy brown ale, even though it's not really be that popular as a style. Dry with notes of bread crust and toasted hazelnuts - surprisingly bitter with little actual hop character though.

Alors on est un peu hors sujet mais c'est bon. Grosse dominante houblons au nez avec du zeste d'agrume et des notes résineuses pour finir avec de petites botes malté, léger caramel. En bouche ça reste sec pour une brown ale avec une amertume marqué.

Granola nose; brown bread, cherry skin, hazelnut; smooth. Both bitter + tart; not the easiest brown. Hits of caramel but chalky, too, and no hops. Brown, yeah, but funny choice for flagship.

I expected something roasty, but not bad at all. A slightly fruity and very bready beer, it has that burnt bread crust taste in particular. Some sweetness of burnt caramel as well The finish is hoppy in an earthy way, but also a little bit liquorice like

Mørk, fyldig og bitter. God brent karamell, brødtoner og appelsin, lett krydderhale.
