Dejlig sød. Smager af hindbærmarmelade med lidt syrlighed. Slet ikke lige så syntetisk og syrlig som mange andre sours.

A little tip if you run out of COVID tests. Pair a raspberry Berliner Weisse with an Impy Stout and check that those taste buds are still in good working order 😉. This is very nice, loads of raspberry, and works very well with the thick impy stout.
