Nice and boozie on the front of the palate but too much coffee on the back end.

Black is quite the understatement. Pitch black and boozy. Bittersweet chocolate, molasses, coffee, burnt malt, and anise all make for a hefty and rich sipper.

Fantastic nose of caramel, date and chocolate. Flavor notes evolve through sweet cherry, bitter chocolate and coffee.

Delicious notes of plum cherry chocolate. The nose indicates a heavy complex beer. A slight bitterness as well. Excellent beer. I want more

Babangida runs and runs, but Litmanen (the King) scores

I love imperial stouts & coffee stouts. This has way too much coffee and leaves a terrible bitter aftertaste. Down the drain. Probably why it was free.

41/50. Very sweet w/ molasses, brown sugar & ashtray.

Roasty, ashy, dry. Licorice root. Also sweet, slightly syrupy. Good!

Sweet & dark with some ashy flavor. The high abv just disappears among the burned malts flavor which can be seen as an accomplishment

Какао, кофе, жжёнка, немного ореховый вкус, чуть кислит. Алко в конце греет, при этом в начале глотка его нет

Sweet earthy boozy coffee. That about sums this beer up. Sure its got a rich bitterness and grape flavors. But the sweetness, earthy, alcohol heat, and coffee are well done.

Boozy and bitter. I wish I'd paid more attention to what this was before I poured it, you know, to be prepared. Coffee and burnt sugar, especially at the end. Ends with a raw alcohol note along with the sugar. Nice mouthfeel. Rich.

A more proper sized pour for this ABV. As it warms, the sugar is more prominent and the ethanol fades. Remains strong-tasting. Relatively smooth overall, despite some of the flavor... no burn.

Bitter choc, roasted malt... finishes with leather and licorice. Tad boozy but it’s 17.5%abv. Heavy Hitter!

Head is smoother than most imperial I've tasted. Really good chocolaty after tasted.

Had this a while ago. It was strong. Headache just went away

One for the ages. Likes of this do not come very often. The weak are intimitated by the thickness and heaviness of this spirit. Truly something one should savour.

Z minusem. Mieszane odczucia. Wielki szacunek za intensywność smaku i ukrycie 18% alkoholu, totalnie niewyczuwalny. Ale z drugiej strony to w smaku bardziej Żywiec porter niż KBS

21/09/26 Kawa, czekolada, wisnie, alkohol szlachetny, wanilia, praliny, marcepan, palonosc, sporo alko. W smaku, sporo ciała, mega palone, mega kawowe, bardzo czekoladowe, bardzo dużo wisni, alkoholowosci. Mega mocna palona goryczka, aż trochę kwasne

Virtual Air Force Marathon ✅. Licorice dominates this beer. I don’t like licorice.

Vollmundig mit einer starken süsse am anfang und kaffeebitternote am ende. Echt gut!

IRS bitterness & coffee on the nose.... booze too. Almost muscovado desert wine! Black treacle. Huge boozy smash. Thick as you like. Sweet and aromatic with huge levels of IBU to offset the malty sweetness. Liquor like mouthcoating alcohol presence.
