Mikk Shoreditch wild/sour day. Don’t know if they radically altered the recipe but this seems incredibly sweet, almost oversweet. So much honey. Burn and boozy finish still there but it just lacks the balance it had previously. Disappointing.

Surprisingly sweet for its abv. Still pretty classic to its style.

Bitter-sweet. Malty . Apricot. Peachy. Did I mention Malty? Tasty. Boozy. Interesting, good.... But Not even close to barley wine, especially American More like a modern Qipa, Dipa....

Long time no barley wine (especially that strong) - last one from CPH for today. Still my favorite airport in the EU, ‘cause of this bar and all the food options. 🫶
