De spontangærede øl har jeg det bare lidt svært ved. En spændende oplevelse som er en smule syrlig. Har en smule mandelsmag som er lidt speciel. Ganske sjov oplevelse.

Nez fut, vinaigre. En bouche, attaque sur le fruit et ça descend progressivement sur l'acidité et le fut, c'est bien équilibre!
