Mikkeller Hop Topics this month is Beer and Chocolate Pairings. This was paired with Ritter Sport Marzipan milk chocolate. A citrusy hazy NEIPA.

Watching the sun go down over Copenhagen, a lovely accompaniment to a peaceful setting 20 floors up in the sky. Light citrus notes, accompanied by a slight creaminess.
