Merci Ti-Lex pour le don. Acidité intense avec le cassis. Mais rentre dans ma fin de semaine nostalgique 🤡 il y a 3ans je finissais la soirée au pub Mikkeller de Berlin🇩🇪🤷♂️ Prost 🍻

Lovely, but I really just wanted this to taste like boozey Ribena, so not quite as strong as I wanted. But still a nice Tuesday night barrel-aged fruit beer. 🤓👍

The nose is 100% cassis jam. Taste is extremely tart, almost vinegary aftertaste. An impressive beer, but perhaps a bit too much?

A strong cassis lambic. All the usual notes, just more of them. The difference is the oak, which brings a strong oaky dryness to the backside of the body and the finish. If you like the oak presence, you will love this!
