Grainy smell. Enthusiastically thick head. Tart sourness with a bit of a bitter tinge (a bit too much for me). A do get nice hints of grapefruit and I think cherries though

I went into this beer expecting it to be bad. It was not; nice pale ale/brown ale notes, clean aftertaste. More carbonated than expected.

Peppery bite. Label says Belgian pale ale aged in Grand Mariner barrels. Again, not too shabby for $1

Bottle at home, dark orange beer, small head, aroma is fruit, Taste is spice, peppery, fruit. quite nice.
