I was quite sceptical. Wild Ale aged in Cardonnay barrels at 45,-? That sounds too good to be true. But actually this is a fine beer! The floral white wine notes really come into play, and pairs greatly with the rather sweet nose. Bang for your buck here!

Took the risk of drinking a sour by myself. It kinda paid off? It looks like beer, but I might al almost taste more like wine. Didn’t think the Chardonnay barrels would have an impact this big. Cool experience

Det här med rosor i öl/dryck överlag är inte riktigt min grej. Den här sticker ut lite extra i smaken dessutom som gör att den blir lite för spretig. Men den är farlig. Den smakar typ Bara godis trots sina 10+%
