(2016) Wytrawne, kwaskowe, winne, dzikie, taniczne... Ciekawe piwo, aczkolwiek wersja podstawowa jak i pierwowzór Orval smakowały mi bardziej. Tu ogólny odbiór zakłóca mocno pestkowa gorycz, od której pod koniec degustacji wręcz drętwieje język. 3.6

Herbal and smoky, a touch of cherry. Not what I expected at all, definitely thought this was a different version without a label. Still, I don't hate it.

A bit of medicinal funk with a light cherry finish. Semi-dry with a mild astringency. There's a dominating bitterness that sed out of place and doesn't seem to be hops.

Aroma: brettanomyces, uvas, algo de vinagre, 1 fondo como a establo. En boca, es dura. Agria y amarga. Especias -pimienta-, picante, piel de fruta cítrica, notas terrosas y minerales, uvas, vainilla, Final seco, astringente, amargo, con acidez, alcohol.

Wow there is a lot happening here. Not sweet at all, a little smoky, a little bitter from hops, slight cherry flavor, very earthy.
