Very nice and tart. Despite being ocer 7 ABV, it feels far lighter.

Nez foin, ferme et un peu de fermentation acétique. En bouche, faible acidité, note de fût et de vieille pomme. Hibiscus imperceptible.

New - 91 - order - very sophisticated tasting sour. the hibiscus really mixes things up in a good way.
