Day 15. On the nose: Belgian yeast. Sweet hints of apricots and orange. Slightly spicy. Taste: a hopped up wit. Very drinkable. Spicy notes from coriander and the yeast. Orange zest. A good winter wit all in all.

Misty dirty yellow with off-white foam. Yeasty, buttery, herbaceous and slightly bitter. Good.

Pepper, clove, honey and a hint of biscuits. Creamy and sweet finish. Some lingering barnyard aroma vives going on.
