Day 15 of the Mikkeler Advent box… first one I’m actually tasting. It says witbier, but it has definitely more bitterness than expected for the style. It’s more of an IPA/wit crossover that works well with the salmon I’m eating.

Definately spiced, not fermentation esters. The beer is kind of hidden behind the spices, instead of the spices supporting the beer. It's tastes kind of flat (not CO2 fault).

Lucka 15 i Mikkellers julkalender. Syrlig i skummet. Ovanligt fräsch för att vara en wit. Jäkligt god!
