Gött! Nu tog de tio olika lambic/surölen från Mikkeller slut. Detta blev ett värdigt avslut! Söt, syrlig och tydlig smak av passionsfrukten

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : douceur, passion subtil, léger sour/levures. Bouche : fruité, léger passion, douce, acidité maîtrisé, sèche sur la fin.

Barrel aged and fridge aged at home. Turned out really well 👍

Super cheesy nose, hints of stone fruit. Taste is big lush passion fruit, balanced, sour but with ample fruits, and a heavy body. Malts are discernible, too. Mouthwatering, great.
