Nachtrag von ganz damals. Also länger her als neulich: Erstaunlich wie das Brauwasser Einfluss auf die Brauqualität nimmt. Gleiches Bier wie das andere, aber komplett anders. Einfach eklig und leicht salzig.

Den er utroligt tung i det, hvilket er spøjst. Det er pilsnersmag, men nærmest double IPA.

Fire ens øl, brygget med fire forskellige vandprofiler. Ren, blød, meget saltsmag, mere bitterhed og lette maltnoter. Har nogle smagsnoter, som jeg har smagt før i øllene fra Sierra Nevada. Den dårligste i serien.

Crisp with a slightly bitter bite. There’s some malty sweetness that’s accentuated by the slight saltiness that’s present. Very nice.
