Aroma is far better than taste, which is too wooden, but more you drink it more sour it gets, taste is very similar to sweet-sour cucumber salad.

Base beer here is a lovely with plenty of bright acidity and citrus notes. The dry hop adds a touch more citrus but also brings a nice smoothness that rounds the beer out really nicely. Solid 👌

Gyllen, fyldig og fruktig. Fin fruktsødme av rabarbra, sitrus og kirsebær, fin fruktstein.

Bright and citrusy, but still some straw and barnyard, very tasty!

New location in Stockholm so needed to try! Good feel. Nose has delicate apple and blossom notes. Its body is similar, not quite enough oomph to be a lambic, all a bit smooth. Very good drinking though. Merest hint of soft chamois leather.
