Den här var riktigt god. Om nånting passar till en suröl så äre lingon. O visst äre juligt ändå, lingon är ju svenska tradition!

Acidité parfaite, fruit rouge, barrique en fin de bouche. Bel équilibre.

Vanilla nose with sweet stone fruit and blueberry. Red currant jelly, loads of stone fruit. Hedgerow berries with sharp and tart sweetness . A little grassy. Underlying root liquorice. Tart leathery finish with a bit of farmyard funk. Cracker

Vintage Spontanlingonberry from the Mikkeller Beer Club. While cold it kicks in with notes of fresh mint followed by berry fruitiness. When it warms up a bit, it's just tart and lots of berries. Nice one! MBC 02/2021
