Førsteinntrykket er en klassisk belgisk geuze på øverste hylle, men så forsvinner smaken med det samme. Hele kroppen mangler. Den lille calvados-snerten på slutten drar opp. Lettdrikkelig, en geuze for de som ikke liker geuze.

Tuoksussa maitohappoa, omenasiideriä. Maussa jatkuu todella täyteläinen hapokkuus, siiderimäistä kirpeyttä ilman ikenien irvistystä. Lopussa vielä hapokuuden terveiset. Yleiskuvau ennemmin siiderimäinen hapokkuus kuin oluenomainen maltaisuus

Trat, dry, fruity, sparkling. I do not get the Calvados barrel.

White wine aroma. Semi dry. Quite clean. Lightly fruity. Oaky. Tongue coating. Some tartness. Notes of char, cherry, wood, apple, and leather.

Droog , raad aan deze iets warmer te proeven , mooie droogte , zacht zurig , beetje hout smaak , leuke ballans 😉
