Den sødeste årgang jeg har prøvet. Ingen bid fra sure unge bær, men i stedet en marcipan-agtig blødme (hvis det er et ord 😂). Men den ægte kirsebær smag og fylde er der stadig.

Backlog | 28/09/20 | Old matured cherries in my nose. Very pleasant cherry taste when the first tart heart stroke has gone. Rich, tart, slightly sweet which really suits the beer. Nicely carbonated and all in all a treat among Sours.

Aroma av søte kirsebær. Søt, lett bittert innslag av kirsebærsten og moderat syrlig. Enkel nammenamm.

Extremely sharp, moderate+ acidity. Earthy cherries, a bit muddled. Not as fine as previously. Still got a 2019, 2020 & 2021 to sample

Tasty! Love this shop and learning about local ingredients from this helpful dude. Apparently these cherries are used in a cake here that they traditionally make around the holidays. I’d have this beer around Christmas time. Seems great!
