Had this one left over from the mikkeller beer club, not a massive fan of lambic’s but this ones okay, nice and sour, still gonna need a rennie after though 😅

Kaunis kuparinen sävy. Aromissa asetonia, sitrusta, suklaata, hikeä, etikkaista happamuutta ja aavistus nahkaa. Maku hapan ja sitruksinen, lopussa kuivaa pithisyyttä. Happamuus keskitasoa, jää hyvin tilaa mauille. Taustalla vienosti aprikoosia. (BBE 2027)

Funky barnyard and apricot aroma. Tart, apricot, oak with a clean, dry, sour finish. The spontaneous fermentation adds some extra funk. But it doesn't really taste good with the apricot.

Not one of my favourite Spontan by Mikkeller...but it's anyway worth a try
