Belgian Double står det på Untappd men jag skulle säga Belgian Strong Ale med tydliga men dämpade influenser av de Dolles Stille Nachts druvsyrlighet. Finfin och på många sätt bästa M på länge. Jag får beställa en Stille Nacht för att jämföra 😏

Dusty opening with thick caramel and dried fruit tones. Distinct overripe banana on the buds, almost grilled banana, dried figs and caramel. Sweet to the bone, dry end. Could have more roast to really hit for me, but a fine within style Dubbel.

Pours a cobber colour with a small head. Aroma is pretty belgian (spices). Palate is sweet with banana notes mainly.

Great Ramen (seasonal special trumpet mushroom) and tasty beer. Full-bodied Belgian!
