Round 1 on fall clean up. Been saving this one as a reward and did not disappoint. I've never a had a barrel aged scotch ale.

It tastes like French toast for sure. The right amount of sweetness with maple syrup and cinnamon notes that aren't too overpowered

WOW! Aroma of a maple bar, then the cinnamon kicks in when you sip it. Might be the best Founders beer I have ever had. This place has 50 taps, and every one is a keeper.

This finally showed up. Big maple nose as I expected. Not overly sweet which is a good thing. But yes, liquid French toast. Well done

Remember when you were in home-ec and you were making French toast? That's how this smells. However, the cinnamon isn't what I wanted. It's wet and a bit cloying.
