French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) Smith
Bottled 9/19/22. Smooth, humongous maple and dates, bitter oak, boozy-er as it warms in a good way, a bit better with a year on it. Smells like French toast pretty much exactly.

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA Smith
Oak-y raisins and dates with some honey and vanilla, hints of orange and lemon, smooth but also boozy. Not much IPA going on but it is fantastic. Almost makes me want to try Utopias, which likely ainβt happening. π»

Not the brownest brown ale ya ever did see, more spicy/bitter than sweet I think, itβs alright.

Wanted to taste one now, enjoy the rest fall/winter. Smooth, pumpkin and maple with bourbon sweetness, vanilla and spice in there. A lot of sweet stuff going on.
