This is great! A little too alcoholic. And no to minimal head. Other than that, maple syrup breakfast notes are spot on.

Lives up to its name! Maple is most prominent in the flavor profile - despite the ABV, this one’s not going to last long enough to warm up. Speaking of the ABV, it is well hidden. The Buffalo Trace is great, too - it’s a private barrel just for here.

A wee bit sweet but good mellow bourbon flavor, overall it’s a nice dessert beer

There’s a lot going on in this one - but it works! Thanks Novel!

Black as a Witch’s heart. Big, sweet caramely nose with hints of maple syrup. Balanced presentation with a vanilla egg custard maltiness. At 11%, not a hint of heat. This is what a desert beer should be. I definitely likey!

Well done, smooth, good flavors of French toast, maple and vanilla, surprisingly not too sweet and very drinkable, a little boozy. I'd have again.

Heavy on the maple but not overly sweet. Would drink again

First few sips are delicious! Unsure if I will feel the same after 12 ounces
