Happy birthday Paul Schafer! Paul is known for being Dave's weirdo bandleader, but in 1986 he organized a concert at New Orleans' legendary Storyville nightclub starring Fats Domino, Ray Charles, and Jerry Lee Lewis. Rewatching now.

This was yummy! The nose was great. Flavor was a bit muted from the vanilla, cinnamon and maple but still tasty. A few hours late check in from my birthday!
