Definitely a journey in flavor. Accurate, hits every note of French toast - bourbon - maple - barrel - booze - barrel with a wide swinging range between sweet and smoky.

Definitely get the French Toast. Barrel aging is lost in the sweetness and cinnamon. Better as it warmed, still too sweet for my tastes

Different. Really tastes like breakfast French toast on the cinnamon side but creamy and back pallet scotch fills in the rest

Nose maple butter vanilla and cinnamon. Taste very similar, the scotch ale appears drowned out, as is the bourbon. Hoping it opens as it warms. Did not open up to me, could get some alcohol if allowed to sit in back tongue. It’s good but a mid on style.

Good, very sweet finish. Flavor profile is accurate as noted; might be closer to the pastry/dessert range.
