Juuuust a tad too sweet, but everything from the traditional weekend breakfast plate is there. Perhaps a touch of lactose in future offerings to dull the sweetness a bit & represent the glass of milk required to wash this breakfast treat down with…?!?

Tastes like French toast and Bourbon barrel aged Scotch ale. Toasted bread, cinnamon, toasted brown sugar, vanilla, maple. Good, but a bit on the sweet side.

You definitely taste vanilla and cinnamon. It's almost like drinking liquid French Toast. The finish has a bit of a bite.

Huge maple nose. Resembles French toast with cinnamon & maple, but made with rye toast.

If I wasn’t iffy on scotch ales, the score would be higher. The maple is so good.
